Role: Our client is looking for immediate, temporary, Finance Analyst to assist them for 6 months. You be will be responsible for following duties: Be a business partner to the EMEA organisation, supporting them with financial analyses and insights that enables the team to make sound business decisions Clear understanding of the regional/channel P&Ls, explaining growth drivers and deviations from budget to the regional leadership team and driving actions to deliver performance. Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and business planning - liaising with stakeholders on key business decisions. Drive the monthly and quarterly financial forecast process ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the global process run across the organisation. Deliver ad-hoc analysis or projects required by the regional manager and director to better understand and improve the local financial position. Develop and implement tools and processes for tracking financial targets and identifying issues. Liaise with DTC to better understand and bridge operational performance to financial expectations. Collaborate and align with the Accounting team on the month end close process and methodologies, ensuring that we meet HQ deadlines.
