I'm working with a leading PE-backed organisation based near Bracknell, Berkshire, that's experiencing sustained growth. They're now looking for a qualified Statutory Reporting & Tax Accountant to join their Group Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in audit or group reporting to take ownership of statutory and tax processes in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Key Focus Areas: Preparation of annual consolidated statutory accounts and subsidiary financial statements Leading the year-end audit process and liaising with external auditors Preparing monthly consolidated balance sheets and cash flows Responsibility for supporting corporation tax computations, deferred tax and VAT Supporting tax compliance across acquisitions and structural changes What We're Looking For: Qualified accountant. Exposure to audit would be beneficial.
