A well-established manufacturing business is seeking an experiencedFinancial Controller to take full ownership of its finance function. This is a senior leadership position that will work closely with the Managing Director while overseeing a small team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the detail while also driving improvements, shaping processes, and influencing strategic decisions. Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Lead finance function ensuring strong governance controls Deliver accurate month-end reporting and financial analysis Own budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning Maintain balance sheet integrity including inventory oversight Partner leadership providing actionable financial business insights Enhance KPI reporting across profitability and operations Strengthen costing variance analysis and cost visibility Drive process improvements systems and finance transformation
About You
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role Background in manufacturing or engineering environments preferred Strong technical grounding in financial reporting and controls Experience within a group reporting structure is advantageous
