Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.ResponsibilitiesLead financial control for a key UK entity and, once established, expand to cover additional international entities across Asia.Oversee financial reporting, P&L variance analysis, and local GAAP adjustments (UK GAAP and US GAAP).Contribute to value-add projects, process and system improvement projects, and strategic planning.Interact with C-suite finance and non-finance stakeholders; manage a small team (2 newly qualified accountants).QualificationsQualified accountant with 3-8+ years post-qualification experience (PQE), with strong technical knowledge across all areas of accounting (audit background acceptable).Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels; strong Excel and systems skills; enjoy solving complex problems.Compensation and RequirementsBase salary increase with minimum 50% bonus.
