This role is responsible for managing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls while ensuring the company maintains strong compliance and financial discipline. Working closely with ownership and operational leaders, the Controller provides financial insight that supports strategic decision-making, operational improvements, and long-term planning. This individual will also play an important role in improving reporting systems, implementing technology solutions, and strengthening intercompany financial processes.
