Role Overview

The Financial Controller will be the senior finance lead for the group, responsible for ensuring robust financial management, accurate reporting, and effective financial controls across all entities.

This is a hands-on role requiring a high level of autonomy, sound commercial judgement, and the confidence to operate as a trusted adviser to the business owner and senior leadership team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting informed decision-making, introducing appropriate structure, and improving the quality and consistency of financial information.

The role manages a small in-house finance function and works closely with external advisers.
