The company are one of the UKs leading land & property development, home building and construction businesses. This is a senior role requiring strong commercial acumen, a robust technical accounting background, and the ability to lead and manage a team of qualified accountants.
As Financial Controller you'll be working closely with the internal leadership team, you will play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for a growing division within the wider group which sits at around £350mil T/O. The position offers a genuine opportunity to influence strategic growth, with significant exposure to commercial decision-making. Responsibilities will include supporting joint ventures, fundraising activities, and overseeing corporate structuring, acquisitions, and exit strategies.
