Financial Controller - Opportunity with a Global, High‑Growth Logistics Business Location: London Heathrow Employment: Full‑time I am looking for a commercially minded finance leader ready to take ownership of the full financial function for a fast‑growing international logistics business. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all financial operations, deliver accurate reporting, drive profitability, and partner closely with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions. Role & Responsibilities
Leading financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles Managing cash flow and ensuring strong financial controls Analysing profitability across shipments, branches, and regions Overseeing month‑end processes and statutory compliance Partnering with operational teams to identify efficiencies and drive performance Supporting European territories with oversight of accounting and filings Acting as a trusted adviser to senior leadership Mentoring and developing finance team members
Requirements
Fully qualified or QBE accountant Strong experience in financial management (logistics/supply chain advantageous) Excellent analytical capabilities and advanced Excel/ERP skills A hands‑on, solutions‑focused mindset Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, continually evolving environment
