The Role Reporting to the MD, as Financial Controller you will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. You will oversee the full finance function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Your expertise will support strategic decision-making and financial stability. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheets, and variance analysis. Lead month-end and year-end close processes. Provide financial insights to senior management to support growth and decision-making.
