\n\nManagement accounting / group management duties whilst training and developing a management accountant.\nDeliver insightful MI analysis and provide Finance Business Partner support to key operational departments.\nLead on cost of manufacturing, bills of materials, and standardised product costings analysis.\nFull ownership of cashflow management, budgeting, and forecasting processes.\nOversee weekly and monthly payroll.\nDrive the implementation & adoption of a new ERP system, modernising and streamlining finance processes.\nPartner with operational and commercial leads to provide financial insight, challenge, and support decision-making.\nResponsible for Year End, External Audit and Statutory submissions, in collaboration with the external practice.\n\nThe successful candidate: \n\nQualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or Qualified by Experience\nManufacturing/engineering finance background, ideally with BOM experience\n\nExperience leading a small team\n\nIf this role is of interest, please apply today, we are ideally looking for an immediate or January start
