Financial Controller | Hybrid | 12-Month FTC | Up to £70,000 | Manchester An established and growing business is looking for a hands‑on Financial Controller to join on a 12-month fixed‑term contract. This is a key role where you'll take ownership of core finance activities, partner with senior stakeholders, and help shape processes to support continued growth. Responsibilities Lead month‑end close and produce accurate management accounts.Prepare Board‑level reporting, including KPIs and performance insights.Manage cashflow forecasting and ensure robust financial controls.Oversee statutory and regulatory compliance (VAT, PAYE, filings).Mentor and develop team members. About You ACA / ACCA / ACMA qualified Accountant.Strong technical accounting skills and advanced Excel knowledge.Comfortable in a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced environment.Experience managing a team.
