This is a key leadership role within the finance function, responsible for overseeing financial operations and managing a small team. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, strengthening financial controls, and supporting the business with insightful financial analysis. Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a small finance team, ensuring high standards of performance and support Oversee monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting processes Ensure strong financial controls and compliance across the finance function Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and support strategic decision making Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow reporting Support year-end processes and audit requirements Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency

About You

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) Previous experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role Proven experience managing and developing finance teams Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
