Financial Controller. This role is hybrid.

The Role

This role heads-up the finance department in the UK, reporting into the US and duties include:

Setting strategy being a Senior Business Leader Ensure that all activities are in compliance with UK GAAP & US GAAP Managing the finance team including supporting individual growth Prepare statutory accounts and forecasts Provision of management accounts and delivery to Board Business Partnering

What are we looking for?

You will be full qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA You must possess full knowledge of UK & US GAAP You must already be managing a team, and performing at this level Full understanding of SOX compliance requirements is required
