You will lead on capital strategy, financing, and M&A execution, driving high-value transactions while ensuring alignment with long-term investment objectives.You will oversee the full transaction lifecycle from origination and structuring through to execution and post-investment optimisation while developing a strong network across the UK and European financial ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate Group strategy into executable UK financing and investment plansAlign capital deployment with market conditions, regulatory frameworks, and opportunity flowSource and structure financing solutions across senior debt, mezzanine, JV equity, and forward fundingBuild relationships with banks, lenders, funds, and institutional capital providersIdentify and evaluate UK real estate investment opportunities (assets, platforms, distressed situations)Lead valuation, structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and transaction closingManage relationships with advisors including investment banks, law firms, and consultantsMonitor market trends, interest rates, regulatory changes, and competitor activityProvide actionable insights to inform investment and financing strategyConduct comprehensive risk analysis across legal, tax, financial, and market dimensionsDevelop mitigation strategies to support robust decision‑makingCoordinate cross‑border teams and drive transaction processes end‑to‑endOptimise capital structures post‑acquisition (refinancing, equity restructuring, exits)Monitor investment performance to maximise returns and efficiencyAbout You10+ years’ experience in UK/European real estate finance, investment, or M&AProven track record across development finance, structured lending, joint ventures, and acquisitionsExtensive understanding of UK real estate capital markets and financing structuresStrong financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to lead transactions from origination through to closingEstablished network across lenders, investors, advisors, and financial institutionsStrong knowledge of UK regulatory, tax, and compliance frameworksAble to operate in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environmentThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a early stage venture with high‑impact role with strategic influence and autonomy.
