You’ll lead a full-service finance function and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver robust plans, support strategic initiatives, and continuously strengthen business performance.Key areas of focus include:Leading the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processDelivering timely, accurate management accounts and statutory reportingOwning treasury, cash flow and working capital managementOverseeing audit, tax compliance and relationships with external advisersSupporting due diligence and negotiations on M&A activityDriving high-quality decision support for the leadership teamDeveloping finance systems, processes and people capabilityManaging relationships with investors, banks and group stakeholders.About YouYou’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / ACMA or equivalent) with a strong track record in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within multi-site and private-equity-backed environments. You’re commercially astute, confident operating at board level, and equally comfortable being hands-on when needed.
