As Finance Director you will be responsible for the company‘s long-term financial health and growth globally. You will establish strategies that will earn profits, oversee accounting operations, produce accurate reports on where money is going within the business and improve or change current practices to increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation’s goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• International money management in multiple currencies.
• Manage financial risks and optimize the organisation's financial performance.
• Manage cashflow.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Has an accounting qualification either ACCA, ACA or CIMA
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Salary: From 65,000 GBP per annum
