Financial Inclusion Officer Salary£36,018 (2026/2027 pay uplift pending) LocationLeeds Salary : £36,018 (2026/2027 uplift pending) + Essential Car User Allowance As a Financial Inclusion Officer, youll help people make a home by supporting Leeds Federated customers to improve their financial wellbeing and sustain their tenancies. Youll provide clear, in-depth advice on welfare benefits, debt, and income maximisation, offering practical support to customers who may be at risk of arrears, court action, or financial exclusion. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, youll respond to internal referrals, deliver preventative support, and contribute to the wider objectives of the association. This is a role where you can make a real difference, ensuring customers receive a high-quality, trusted service that helps them stay informed, feel supported, and maintain positive relationships with the association.
