The Role The Global Financial Performance team is accountable for ensuring the financial sustainability and long-term resilience of the institution by aligning financial strategies with the Groups broader corporate objectives. Acting as strategic partners across all Group entities, the team delivers tailored financial advice and planning that aids institutional growth, income diversification, and resource optimisation.
