An established and growing wealth management practice is seeking an experiencedFinancial Plannerto join its advisory team based in theLondon / Gatwick / Crawley area.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified adviser who is passionate about deliveringhigh-quality independent financial adviceand building long-term relationships with clients. The role offers a mix ofexisting client servicing and new business development, supported by a collaborative internal team including paraplanners and administrators.You will advise clients across a range of areas includingpensions, investments, protection and estate planning, delivering tailored financial strategies aligned with their personal goals.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, independent financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planningBuild and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored financial plans and regular reviewsClearly explain complex financial concepts and present compelling Financial Plans and client propositionsAchieve agreed new business and income targets, identifying opportunities within new and existing clientsSupport business development initiatives and collaborate with colleaguesEnsure full compliance with FCA regulations, internal policies, and CPD requirementsMaintain accurate client records and high professional standardsWork closely with paraplanners, administrators, and internal teams to deliver exceptional client serviceThe ideal candidate will demonstrate:Proven experience in financial planning or wealth management within an IFA or advisory environment.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and explain complex financial information.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities.Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.A professional, confidential, and client-centric approach.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Good IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.Fluent written and spoken English.Minimum- Diploma in regulated Financial Planning or equivalent, desirable Advanced Diploma or working towards it.BenefitsCompetitive salary (DOE)Hybrid / agile working25 days annual leaveCompany pension contributionProfessional development supportCollaborative and supportive working environmentLocationHybrid working with office presence inGatwick / Crawley/LondonJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Company pensionJBRP1_UKTJ
