As our new Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Microlises financial future. You will lead the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of integrated financial models and detailed forecasts that guide strategic decision making across the Group. Using both quantitative and qualitative analysis, you will evaluate Microlises performance against strategic goals, assess economic and industry trends, and anticipate risks and opportunities. Your insights will help senior leadership make informed decisions that drive sustainable growth. We are looking for a qualified accountant with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and experience of leading and developing the FP&A team within a listed, technology focused organisation.
