We are partnering with a growing and exciting mid-sized media and advertising business in their search for an interim FP&A specialist with strong commercial experience. The role has been signed off for a 9 month FTC, with the possibility of an extension. The hiring manager is down-to-earth, driven, and flexible, and is looking for a like-minded individual to support them through an exciting period of growth. Media experience is highly desirable but not a must-have. Responsibilities
Partner closely with sales and content teams to help drive revenue Build and run financial models that shape pricing, deals, and spend Turn data and performance metrics into clear, practical insights Own forecasting and budgeting, with a strong handle on variances and what’s driving them Break down profitability across channels, content types, and platforms Support key deals with solid commercial analysis Share insights with senior stakeholders in a clear way Spot risks and opportunities early in a fast-moving media environment Look for ways to improve reporting and make better use of data and tools
