FP&A Manager - Commercial & Data-Savvy Location: Central London (hybrid) Availability: ASAP We are partnering with a fast-growing premium hospitality and lifestyle brand on a confidential search for a commercially‑minded, data‑driven FP&A Manager. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to design and implement a new KPI reporting suite, alongside planning and forecasting models that will directly inform strategic decision‑making across the business. Key Attributes & Experience
Strong FP&A experience, ideally within hospitality, premium food & beverage. Proven track record of building reporting frameworks, dashboards, and forecasting models from scratch. Commercially minded - able to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive growth. Confident influencing stakeholders across finance, operations, and commercial teams. Highly numerate with advanced Excel and BI skills; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus. Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment; interim or permanent candidates considered.
