The Role:

Provide administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners in day-to-day tasks
Assist with client onboarding, document preparation, and product applications
Manage and update client records using internal systems and CRM software
Process and track new business applications for pensions, investments, mortgages, and life insurance
Prepare client reports, investment valuations, and other financial documents as required
Handle client inquiries and provide updates on the status of their applications or financial matters
Assist with accounting and billing for clients, including fee statements and payment processing
