Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast client are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their team, supporting the financial advisers and clients while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

The Role:

Support financial advisers and paraplanners with client servicing and administration
Communicate with clients to request information and provide updates on services
Process new business and client servicing transactions via provider systems
Prepare annual review packs and manage ongoing service requests
Maintain accurate client records
Liaise with providers to ensure smooth service delivery
Contribute to team meetings and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and firm quality standards

Criteria
Min of three years' experience in an IFA setting / wealth management firm- this is 100% essential
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to ongoing professional development.
Thorough understanding of compliance requirements.
