Financial Services Outsourcing Assistant Manager responsibilities will include:

Being responsible for the delivery of management accounts for a small portfolio of clients. Preparing management accounts for more complex clients which are technically accurate. Preparing VAT returns and liaison with clients/ VAT team over any issues. Preparing mid-month clients packs. Reviewing financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS. Maintaining fixed asset register- processing invoices, calculating and posting depreciation journals. Preparing standard KPI dashboards from the client+rsquo;s accounting system, using templates. Preparing simple budgets for clients+rsquo; management purposes only by extrapolating last year+rsquo;s data and making minor adjustments.

As a Financial Services Outsourcing Assistant Manager you will be/have:

ACA or ACCA Qualified Over 18 month+rsquo; post-qualified experience of reviewing management accounts and complex bookkeeping assignments The first point of contact for a portfolio of management accounts clients Demonstrate the ability to supervise and develop a team of staff
