Fine Art Freight Coordinator - SE London - Up to £40,000 Location: SE London, UK Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm About the Role Our client, a specialist within the Fine Art Shipping sector, is looking to recruit a skilled and organised Fine Art Freight Coordinator. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent service to clients while supporting internal teams to ensure efficient daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are clearly managed. Collaborate with colleagues across the department to support smooth and efficient operations. Communicate confidently with clients via phone, email, and in person, delivering a high level of customer service. Work closely with the Head of Department to resolve any issues quickly and effectively. Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times. Manage administrative tasks in support of both client requirements and departmental needs. Take part in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
