Our client, a prominent player in the construction industry, is currently seeking an experienced Finishes/Handover Manager to join their team for a prestigious education project based in Stanmore.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all internal finishing trades Ensure trades snag and check their own work Carry out snagging and manage close-out to completion Work closely with the DfE Clerk of Works, demonstrating strong client-facing skills Drive quality across all finishing elements Use Fieldview on a tablet to track and close out snags Support FFE installation and coordination Keep works pre-planned, structured, and proactively managed

Job Requirements:
