NovitasFTCL is a FinTech M&A advisory firm looking to further build its origination capabilities and presence in the European FinTech M&A sector through the appointment of an additional Senior Director or Partner. NovitasFTCL is a long-established, entrepreneurial and highly specialised corporate finance advisory boutique, with a busy practice having closed in excess of 30 European FinTech M&A/private capital raising transactions in recent years. NovitasFTCL's existing three Partners have advised on and completed over 200 European transactions with global acquirers and investors. Passionate about FinTech with experience in the FinTech, TMT and/or FIG sectors Strong 10-15 year plus track record of origination and execution of European M&A/growth capital/PE mandates Ability to work with both senior colleagues and junior bankers on multiple projects simultaneously Collaborative self-starter with a sense of responsibility, ability to work in small deal teams, and interest in further growing a franchise
