Fire Alarm Engineer

London and Home Counties

£35,000 to £45,000 DOE plus vehicle and benefits

Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer looking for a role where quality matters, your experience is trusted, and you can progress without stepping away from the tools?

This opportunity is with a specialist fire systems provider delivering high quality installations across premium residential properties and smart commercial environments. The business is known for tidy work, strong standards and excellent client relationships.

This is a senior hands on engineering role. You will have ownership on site, lead by example and be trusted to deliver work properly from day one.

The role

You will install, commission, test and maintain modern fire alarm systems across London and the Home Counties. You will also carry out surveys, complete documentation and liaise directly with clients and project teams.

What you will be doing

Installing, commissioning, testing and maintaining fire alarm systems

Working across residential and commercial environments

Carrying out site surveys and producing clear reports

Ensuring work is completed to current standards and regulations

Supporting junior engineers when required

Taking ownership of smaller works and site coordination

What they are looking for

Strong background as a Fire Alarm Engineer

Solid installation and commissioning experience

Good knowledge of current fire safety standards

Professional and calm approach with clients

Good organisation and documentation skills

Full UK driving licence

Desire to develop long term while staying technical
