Fortus Recruitment are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs & maintenance industry We are currently working on behalf of a Local Authority. We're expanding and looking for a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to join our clients friendly, high-performing team. As a fire engineer you will report to the Supervisor / Contract Manager, and you are the first point of contact between the business and the client. . Duties: Fire alarm Servicing and maintenance, reactive and repair and installation work Diagnosing and rectifying faults Carrying out company works as required and to desired standards Providing the highest level of customer care and always promoting a good external perception of the company Producing reporting on time and to agreed standards Adhering to the company's quality management system and recycle correctly and responsibly Experience in fire alarm maintenance, installations and repairs, preferably within the public sector FIA qualification is preferable but not essential A sound knowledge of tools, equipment & materials Current Trade Qualifications Good communication skills, both verbal & written IT literate A commitment to great customer service Salary and benefits: Competitive salary relative to experience (PAYE) 23 days holiday per y...
