• Service, maintain and install fire alarm systems across your designated area
• Deliver a high level of customer service, building strong client relationships
• Plan and manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines
• Accurately complete service reports and documentation
• Identify faults, non-compliances and system issues, providing clear feedback
• Maintain a strong focus on health & safety at all times
• Work closely with colleagues and wider teams to ensure smooth operations
• Strive for first-time fixes wherever possible

• Solid background working with fire alarm systems
• Relevant industry training (FIA or equivalent advantageous)
• Comfortable using handheld tech / job management systems
• Good understanding of health & safety best practice
• Ability to work at height and handle equipment when required
• Strong customer-facing skills and communication
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
• Full UK driving licence
