The Role
As a Fire Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding fire alarm systems across a mix of premium commercial, residential, and public-sector sites in London. You'll work on addressable and conventional systems, ensuring they remain fully compliant and operational while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and fault-find fire alarm systems (addressable and conventional)

Conduct planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs

Test and commission new fire alarm systems as required

Complete accurate job documentation and reporting

Deliver a professional, high-quality service to clients at every site visit

Advise clients on system upgrades and compliance where necessary

What You'll Need

Proven experience in fire alarm servicing and maintenance

Knowledge of industry standards, testing procedures, and current fire regulations

Ability to fault-find and resolve system issues efficiently

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London

Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused attitude

A desire to learn and progress within fire safety engineering
