Project Manager - Fire & Security \n\nHome Counties & M4 Corridor | Hybrid\n£55,000-£65,000 basic + bonus + car/car allowance\n\nAre you an experienced Project Manager who knows how to run Fire & Security projects properly, without micromanagement?\n\nWe're partnered with a growing systems integrator delivering Fire & Security projects across Residential, retail, and commercial environments. They're looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects, manage stakeholders confidently, and keep quality, budgets, and timelines under control.\n\nThis is a full time, permanent role offering hybrid working and full autonomy over your diary.\n\nThe role\n\nYou'll manage projects from initial design through to final handover, overseeing multiple installations ranging from smaller £10k works to major projects up to £3m. The focus is on Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Door Entry systems, with exposure to smart home technology where required.\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\nTaking full end-to-end ownership of multiple Fire & Security projects.\nManaging client communication, estimating, procurement, and resourcing.\nOverseeing high quality installation of Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Door Entry systems.\nManaging budgets, schedules, and variations to specification.\nIdentifying and mitigating project risks before they impact delivery.\nCoordinating engineers and subcontractors across multiple sites.\nEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

\n\nWhat they're looking for:\n\nProven project management experience within Fire & Security.\nStrong technical understanding of Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Door Entry systems.\nBasic understanding of IP networking for security systems.\nHighly organised, detail focused, and commercially aware.\nComfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.\nConfident client facing communicator.\nExperience using project management tools such as Fieldwire or similar, plus Microsoft Office and Excel.\nFull UK driving licence essential. \n\nWhy this role?\n\n£55,000-£65,000 basic salary depending on experience.\nCar allowance plus expenses.\nHybrid working with full autonomy over your diary.\nUniform, mobile phone, and laptop provided.\nPension scheme.\nFive weeks holiday including Christmas allocation.\nOngoing training and certification support.\nLong term progression within a growing business. \n\nSound like your kind of role?\nApply confidentially via this advert.
