Fire Door Project Manager

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Fire Door Project Manager on a 6–12-month Contract with the potential to go permanent after this, based in Southeast London.
Role Summary
The Fire Door Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of fire door installation, inspection, maintenance, and remediation projects. The role ensures full compliance with fire safety regulations, industry standards, and company quality requirements while delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensuring compliance throughout the fire related PPMs, working with the managers of the services.
· Facilitate the Fire risk assessment and drive remediations through to completion in a timely manner.
· Produce the fire report and attend the quarterly fire committee meetings with support of relevant managers.
· Provide the required PPM evidence for the bi-monthly fire PPM meeting and attend with relevant managers.
Requirements
· Experience in management of people and services.
· Desirable- Training requirements / background in fire safety. (fire management course/ IOSH or NEBOSH in fire, Fire risk assessment)
· Desirable -Knowledge base of current and previous HTM guidance for fire (HTM 05-01 / 05-02 / 05-03 and HTM 81 and HTM 82).
· Management of the passive fire system that is in place at QEH (Bolster system) and the contractors surveying and remediating penetrations, ensuring
