A recognised GENT integrator is seeking a Senior Fire Service Engineer to step into a Team Leader role in Birmingham.\nThis role blends hands-on engineering with leadership responsibility and comes with structured training built around continuous development. Technical excellence, safety competence, and leadership skills are part of the ongoing learning environment.\nWhat the role involves\n * Planned service, maintenance, callouts and remedial work\n * Fire alarms, emergency lighting, AOVs and associated systems\n * Acting as a technical escalation point on site\n * Supporting and mentoring engineers\nYou’ll play a central role in helping others grow, supported by the same structured training and development you’ll benefit from.\n * GENT training from day one\n * Ongoing technical and leadership development\n * Support to help drive quality and consistency across the team\nBenefits\n * Basic salary up to £42,000\n * Company van with private use and fuel card\n * £245 per week standby payment\n * Door-to-door travel paid while on call\nHoliday entitlement starts at 22 days plus bank holidays and increases with service.
