Location: - Remote (1 Week per Month from home) With Regular Travel around UK Type:Permanent, Full Time - (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00pm) Salary:£38-45,000 per annum Additional: Car allowance (£3600 p/a), Company Pension (2:1 up to 10%), Car Allowance, 24 days Annual Leave, Private Medical, Enhanced Sick Pay, On-site Gym/Pool, Flexible Working.
Russell Taylor Group has a fantastic opportunity for two Fire Risk Assessment Trainer to join a national company providing Training nationally with both classroom (based at HQ), various locations across the UK and online training. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry with secure knowledge & experience.
The Role: • Prepare and conduct training courses across both Classrooms and Teams. • Assess and Mark assessment activities whilst providing SMART objectives and methods of improvement. Acting as the tutor for group of learners providing guidance throughout the learning journey. • Assist with the communication of new / updated training information whilst contributing to the mentoring of other trainers. • Complete all preparation and admin activities as laid out in the company handbook and policies. • Maintain records of the learner's progress. • Provide technical information in relation to the size and complexity of requests for tailored assignments. • Liaise with Clients directly to deli...
