Location: East London (Fully On-Site)
Duration: 3 Months (Potential Extension)
Rate: £350-£400 per day (DOE)

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to carry out on-site building safety walkthroughs across East London. You'll be inspecting properties, assessing fire safety systems, and reporting defects and risks.

Key Duties

Conduct Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs)
Complete walkthrough inspections & reports
Assess:
Fire alarms
Wet & dry risers
Sprinkler systems
Identify and report defects & compliance issues
Escalate high-risk concerns

What You'll Need

Proven experience as a Fire Risk Assessor
Strong knowledge of fire systems & compliance
Experience completing FRAs (essential)
Full UK driving licence
