About the Role This dynamic position focuses on proactive fire safety across our housing association properties. You'll triage concerns from tenants and teams, conductPerson Centred Fire Risk Assessments (PCFRA)andPersonal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs), and lead on hoarding casework with social care partners.

Key duties include: Handling referrals, home visits, and tailored action plans with the Fire Brigade. Monitoring tenancy compliance and escalating issues for swift resolution. Building partnerships, analysing trends, and championing fire safety through reports and resident engagement. Promoting equality, diversity, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
