Service Manager Fire Safety
Our Client is seeking an experienced Service Manager for Fire Safety to lead and manage the delivery of fire safety services across the housing portfolio. About the Role The Service Manager will be responsible for the overall delivery and strategic development of the fire safety service , ensuring compliance with fire safety legislation and maintaining high standards across council housing. The role includes leading teams, managing budgets, improving services, and implementing fire safety strategies. Service manager - Fire safety Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the fire safety service
Develop and implement fire safety strategies and policies
Manage service performance, budgets, and staff teams
Oversee fire risk assessment programmes and compliance activities
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high standards of fire safety
Provide technical advice on fire safety compliance and legislation
Support the delivery of fire safety works programmes across housing stock
Produce reports and monitor performance relating to fire safety compliance
