Fire & Security Service EngineerCCTV & Access Control Focus - Lancashire / Manchester We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established fire & security company that is looking to expand its Service Division with an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer.
This is a field-based role covering Lancashire, Manchester, and surrounding areas (including Lancaster), working across a varied commercial client base.

The Role You will be responsible for service, maintenance, reactive, and emergency works, with a strong focus on high-end CCTV and Access Control systems. The role includes working on both standalone and multi-site systems.
A good level of IP/networking knowledge is essential, as much of the work involves networked CCTV and access control solutions.

Hours, Callout & Package Hours: 08:30 on site 17:00 finish

Call-out: 1 week in 4

Travel: First 30 minutes each way unpaid

Salary: Dependent on the engineers skill set and experience

Permanent role with consistent workload

Systems Worked On CCTV (Analogue & IP)

Access Control

Door Entry and Intercoms

Intruder Alarms

Fire Alarms (Conventional and Addressable)

Integrated security systems

Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience servicing commercial fire and security systems

Strong CCTV and Access Control background

Good IP and networking knowledge

Confident fault-finding and diagnostic ability

Able to work independently

Full UK driving licence

Willing to take part in a 1-in-4 call-out rota

Professional and customer-focused approach
