Job Title: Fire & Security Technical Support Engineer Location : National UK-Wide with regular travel Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year dependent on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with flexibility to meet business needs) We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Branch Support Team in a senior, influential position within our growing national business. This hybrid role allows you to work mainly from home while providing technical support, training and development across our UK-wide franchise network. This is a varied, hands-on, and highly collaborative role. You'll be providing remote and on-site support for maintenance, installation, commissioning, auditing and training activities, helping to raise engineering capability and ensure consistent technical standards across all branches. You'll also play a key role in onboarding new franchises, helping them establish strong operational practices from day one. Travel and occasional overnight stays will be required.
