Our client is a leader in their sector and are looking for a Fire Stopping Project Manager. The role requires technical expertise in firestopping solutions, strong project management capability, and the confidence to manage pricing, quoting, and commercial control. This role is likely to develop into a role where you would be managing your own team within 2 years. Main Duties Manage end-to-end delivery of firestopping projects from initiation through to completion.
Lead site teams and firestopping installers to deliver compliant, safe and timely installations. Review strategy drawings, specifications, and technical data Ensure all installations comply with test evidence, FIRAS/third-party accreditation, and Building Regulations. Oversee completion of technical documentation Conduct pre-start site surveys to assess firestopping requirements and scope of works. Prepare accurate quotations, costings, and proposals based on drawings, site information, and material requirements. Work with the Commercial team to ensure pricing aligns with internal margin objectives and project budgets.
