Job Description

We are looking for a First Line Support Analyst to join a large multinational client on a temporary basis.


Key points to note:

  • This is a temporary role
  • This is an onsite role, 4-5 days per week in central London.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this role
  • This is an immediate requirement, you must be able to start within 1 week.


What you will need for this role:

  • Previous Service Desk experience within a large multinational organisation.
  • Experience with Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and widely used tools such as JIRA.
  • Familiarity with ITIL.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities
  • Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
