Job Description
We are looking for a First Line Support Analyst to join a large multinational client on a temporary basis.
Key points to note:
- This is a temporary role
- This is an onsite role, 4-5 days per week in central London.
- Sponsorship is not available for this role
- This is an immediate requirement, you must be able to start within 1 week.
What you will need for this role:
- Previous Service Desk experience within a large multinational organisation.
- Experience with Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and widely used tools such as JIRA.
- Familiarity with ITIL.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities
- Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
