Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a newly established Fit Out & Refurbishment division within a leading main contractor. This is a pivotal role within a growing business stream, offering significant autonomy, influence, and long-term progression as the division develops.\n\nThe role will focus primarily on hospitality and hotel fit out projects, delivering high-quality schemes across the South East.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTake full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover\nManage multiple fit out and refurbishment projects across the South East region\nLead and oversee 3 Construction Managers, along with wider site management teams\nCoordinate design development, procurement strategies, and construction programming\nDrive commercial, programme, and quality performance across all projects\nWork closely with pre-construction, commercial, and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery\nAct as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders\nEnsure health & safety, compliance, and company standards are upheld at all times\nSupport the development and growth of the new division, contributing to processes and best practice \n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Project Manager within fit out and refurbishment environments\nBackground delivering hospitality or hotel fit out projects is highly desirable\nStrong pre-construction experience, including design coordination and early-stage planning\nAbility to manage multiple site teams and senior site management\nCommercially astute with strong programme management skills\nComfortable working autonomously in a developing business unit\nWillingness to be site-based 2-3 days per week, with remaining time in a Central London office \n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nKey role within a new and growing division of the business\nHigh level of autonomy and the chance to shape how the division operates\nClear career progression opportunities as the division expands\nExposure to high-quality hospitality fit out projects\nSupportive senior leadership and long-term pipeline of work \n\nPlease apply with an up to date copy of your CV to (url removed) \n\nOr ask to speak to Lily O'Regan in our London Office- (phone number removed)
