We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-spec commercial office fit out project in the heart of EC3, London.\n\nThis is a 3-month contract with an immediate start for the right candidate.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nManage and coordinate specialist subcontractors on site\nOversee installation of suspended ceilings, raised flooring, partitions, and dry lining.\nEnsure works are completed to programme, quality standards, and in line with health & safety regulations\nConduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain site records\nLiaise with the project team, suppliers, and clients as required✅ Requirements:\n\nProven experience managing commercial fit out projects\nStrong knowledge of the above trades and relevant processes\nSMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certified\nExcellent communication and site coordination skills
