Salary: £29,600.00 – £31,000.00 per year (DOE) + 15% Shift Premium Location: Aylesbury (HP19) Job type: Full‑time, Permanent Hours: Monday–Wednesday 1:30pm–11:30pm, Thursday 1:30pm–11:00pm (37.5 hours)

The Role

This position involves carrying out fitting and assembly tasks to a high standard, working from engineering drawings and supporting the wider production function. You will play a key part in ensuring high‑quality output across the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

Completing fitting and assembly work within a production environment Reading and interpreting engineering drawings (Third Angle Projection) Following instructions from team leaders, engineers, and supervisors Maintaining accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout all tasks Supporting quality control processes Adhering to Health & Safety procedures at all times Assisting across other production areas as required Maintaining good housekeeping and following company procedures
