We are seeking an organised and detail orientated Finance Assistant to on a Fixed Term Contract basis to end of November 2026. This role will be based at Dinorwig Power Station with consideration for occasional working from home.
Purpose of the Role:
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely recording of transactions, supporting the Finance Manager and Senior Finance Assistant, and collaborating with various departments including Procurement, HR, and Admin as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately record and process purchase ledger invoices.
Reconcile supplier statements and ensure timely payments.
Manage weekly purchase ledger payment runs and BACs file preparation.
Process employee expense claims and procurement card transactions.
