Plan and coordinate MOT schedules and maintenance programmes. Arrange the delivery and collection of vehicles to and from customers and branches. Support the team with a range of administrative tasks. About You Youre organised, approachable, and thrive in a team environment. With experience in customer service, youll bring the skills needed to keep things running smoothly. Confident communicator with a great telephone manner. Strong administrative skills and PC literacy. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working under pressure. A driving licence is highly desirable. Prior experience in asset rental, distribution, or transport is a bonus, but not essential.
