Fleet Administrator, Bagshot:
* Deal with queries by telephone and email in a fast paced environment * Maintain up‑to‑date fleet records and databases * Process vehicle documentation, including MOT, tax, and servicing * Liaise with external suppliers for repairs, maintenance and hire vehicles * Monitor fleet compliance and ensure regulatory requirements are met * Support the scheduling of vehicle checks and inspections * Handle queries from operational teams regarding fleet status * Track fuel usage and mileage reports * Assist with general administrative duties within the fleet team
