Job Description: At Gregory Distribution, we are currently seeking a Fleet Advisor to support the smooth running of our vehicle fleet. You will coordinate maintenance, manage supplier relationships, and ensure vehicles remain safe, compliant, and road-ready. Working closely with drivers, internal teams, and external contractors, you will help minimise downtime and keep our fleet operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Schedule planned maintenance in line with operational needs, ensuring full compliance with all manufacturer requirements. Manage invoice queries, raise and process purchase orders and invoices, and accurately allocate associated costs across the business. Handle day-to-day queries and issues relating to trucks and trailers, including coordinating breakdown support, arranging recovery vehicles, and providing technical assistance to internal teams and external partners.
